a blur of color
a blur of light
sometimes life feels just like a dream
and dreams feel just like life.”

I wrote this poem in the 5th grade and it is one of my first poems that I was really proud of. It inspired me to keep writing and it’s why I’ve named the blog after it.
To this day, I still think accurately describes certain nearly indescribable moments in so few words, which is what the best poetry does.
About Me
I’m a 20-year-old, university student, reader, artist, comic-lover, rower, Hufflepuff, emo kid, and of course, writer. I started writing poetry in the 3rd grade and carried on from there. I hope you enjoy my work.
